Fund Utilization

Once funds are added to a user's account, refunds are not available. However, these funds can be utilized for participation in various games or challenges hosted on the application.

Exchange Confirmation and Cancellation

Once a user confirms an exchange, cancellations are not allowed. Hattrickrun, however, reserves the right to cancel an exchange and issue a refund under specific conditions.

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, users must send a written request from their registered email address to Hattrickrun at least 2 days before the start of the respective round. Refund requests submitted after this deadline will be denied.

Refund Amount Limitations

Hattrickrun retains the right to limit the refund amount after deducting applicable charges and costs. This decision is made at the sole discretion of Hattrickrun through thorough monitoring.

Processing Period

The refund processing period may take up to 5-7 business days.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In unforeseen circumstances like errors, canceled events, or acts of nature, only the joining fee will be refunded; winnings based on the final standings will not be considered for refunds.
